Never saw Mr Robert Farr, but my car runs well/better and the employees who helped me were kind and helpful. Simona Teslenko, Express Service Advisor finished my billing and helped me get my car. So did a very nice man who was working outside in the check in and out area. He put my walker in and out of my back trunk. (Simona lifted it into trunk, too.
I’ve always gone to this dealership since I bought it here in 2015. (SD Toyota). While I was waiting,William Rodriguez talked to me about new cars. Great staff! Thanks!
