I was supposed to get an estimate and confirmation of a recommended service for my vehicle. Never got either. Now I need to call tomorrow to check if everything is ok with the appointment and how much will it cost? Same service guy has been bad every time I get him

My only feedback is the service consultant should walk the client out for their car when they leave and it’s always nice when the dealership washes your car when it’s been serviced. Not necessary I understand, but a very nice touch.
