Richard did an excellent job advocating for me with Toyota. I have no complaints about the service department as they did all they could possibly do when it came to getting my CHR fixed. I am however very dissatisfied with Toyota Corporate since they know the CVT transmissions are faulty. Especially when it took 3 transmissions to get my car fixed. I’m glad that my car was still under warranty, and the dealership got me a rental, but after 5 weeks of being without my car and dealing with the stress, I feel Toyota needs to do more to account for the trouble I have gone through because of a fault with the car they knew about.
