Service was done very efficiently in less than an hour—well done.
After receiving a text that my vehicle was ready, I was told to wait at the service writer’s desk to get my car back—which I did—for 15 minutes before someone thought to take care of me. It shouldn’t take that long for a car with only 5k miles having a free service.

The guy who was in charge of my service didn't show any interest on explaining anything about my car he called me 2 hours after my car was ready and he said he was going to send me a shuttle to pick up my car and he never did .very disappointing

Robert Farr was great. He listened when explaining my car issues and was very assuring of the repairs. He was very professional and personable. The 1st day I brought my car in, Danielle suggested on the phone I bring it in later in the afternoon, but DID NOT tell me the service guys were doing NO MORE diagnosis at that time! So I was NOT happy with the extra trip I made that day, and had to turn around and go home after finding out from Robert that she was wrong. The receptionists should be informed better before telling people to come in when their car is not able to be seen! Robert gave me a discount, maybe due to the inconvenience.

This location is not the closest but I thought I would try it out. My drop off experience with a different service rep left me feeling like I was nobody’s customer. Also, I was given an inaccurate ETC when I made the appointment and had to scramble my work schedule.
However, Denise addressed my concerns later that day to my 100% satisfaction also did a “warm handoff” to Luis who was equally caring.
If I can request one of these service reps in advance if my next service, I will continue to use this service center.
