I am overall satisfied with the service and job that was done. Rosalina is a knowledgeable service representative, I have never had any problems with her or any staff here. I just don't buy into the story of my drip pan having a stripped drain bolt plug after Inhave never had that happen to a car. If it is the fault of the Prius drip pans over time, I can undestand. But i don't completely buy into the fact that it was not in any way a technicians fault. After its only my 3rd time, getting an oil change done at this location with this car. I am overall satisfied with Norm Reeves. This one experience has left a bad taste afterwards. I will continue to come, just hoping this won't happen after a oil change again.

When my car was ready and i didn't see it, he found it in another lot and had someone drive it to where I was waiting, which I really appreciated since I have an injured leg.
