Q. Holt provided excellent service for this appointment. He kept me well informed, and provided explanation for the replacement of the battery, cabin air filter, and pricing. When my vehicle was ready, he thoroughly reviewed today’s invoice of parts, prices, and gave me a printout of of the invoice. He then escorted me to my car and thanked me for todays visit!
As soon as I entered the driveway I was attended by staff immediately and kept well informed by staff that Q. Holt would be my service rep! Waiting area was great, coffee & tea available to customers was great and seating area very comfortable! Today’s visit from start to finish was exceptional, excellent service at all levels!!
