The greeting and checkout was very professional. The initial completion estimate was about 3 hrs; it was busy so it is understandable to run behind however I did not receive any updates until I called several times and finally got a rep. I would just recommend timely updates. On another note- After my prior service I noticed 2 bolts missing from the skid plate, which is removed for oil changes. I let a rep know about the bolts today and they were happy to replace the missing. Also during prior service a rep notified me that battery was low and recommended replacing. Today’s service shows battery was in the green? Perhaps it was low that day. I like the location and service you provide but am considering returning to Mossy for maintenance.
