I was actually frustrated with the length of time I waited even though I had an appointment. I do understand unforeseen circumstances happen that can cause delays but 5 hours for an oil change is a bit over the top to me.

I can still see the chip/crack on my windshield. I was told when I purchased it not to worry about it this could be fix.Service department said that they put something on it so doesn’t get larger. That I will always see it and it can’t make it disappear. Such a disappointment.Waiting for a manager to return my call.

We waited for 3 hours, we were 2 hours late to pick up my son at the airport, there is no in between updates for what’s happening, and the result is there is nothing wrong with the car, however, we couldn’t start the car. Not too much advice was given in order to correct future mechanic failure. I am rather disappointed with the service today.
