Improvement is need on communication with the customer. My truck was doped of at 9:30am and did not receive any kind of of update until I called at 5:30 pm. Oil change should not take 8 hours. Thank you.

My appointment was at 9:45 . I brought my vehicle in earlier. Wasn’t given a time of completion. I then had to look to see if my vehicle was in fact completed myself and then ask a Toyota employee to complete the transaction as my truck was done. When I got home an hour later I received a text stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up and completed. That is just not the service I expected from Toyota. I got rid of my Dodge and it reminded me of their service. Disappointed for sure.

Great service, although the air cabin filter replacement was too expensive in my opinion. $75 for parts and labor for a filter that costs $30 and 2 mins to replace is stretching it. Otherwise great experience.

I brought my 2024 Tundra in for its first service. I also wanted to have the technician check a whistle that happens on the drivers side of the vehicle during freeway speeds. I was told that they were not able to duplicate the issue. However the whistle happens all the time. I question whether it was test driven. I also requested the technician have a look at the drivers side door as it is rattling during stereo use. The technician said there was no issue. However it rattles all the time. I didn’t spend $75k on a truck to have it rattle and whistle. I don’t believe these issues were checked. When I bought the vehicle, I was told that the second key to my vehicle would be sent in 90 days. That was March of this year. I still don’t have the key. When I inquired about the key, I was told that it was still 2 months out. When I asked my service rep about what I do if I lose the key or something happens to the key without a second key she responded “Well don’t lose the key”. That was not helpful and very frustrating. Overall, I’m very disappointed in my service experience and regret even wasting my time today. I’ll likely be taking my vehicle to another dealer for service.

Robert went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care. I forgot my notepad in the car and needed the notes and he even took picture of them and emailed them to me. He got my car in and out in a blink of an eye and even got the parts overnight and everything. It was a pleasure

I am sure, I am not the only customer complains about appointments check-in times. Service provider are delayed, or customer vehicles sets additional 15 minutes waiting to be served. Yesterday at 2:50 three maintenance technicians were sitting with their smartphones in-hand doing whatever. Meantime the service technician checks me in 5 minutes after the set appointment. Heck I will even give the three maint. techs the benefit of doubt - they were on break or lunch break until 3:10. I don’t know personally how Norman Reeves operates their service department, but make it look like they are super busy vice giving me an estimate time of completion and estimated price. I wished I had taken a video that way you will see how it can be perceived as such.

Everyone was so kind, helpful, communicative. I believe Natalie and Luiz helped me and there was an additional person when making my reservation and I cannot recall the person's name but if you could please look up everyone I spoke to, ****-****-xxxx as everyone went above and beyond to keep me safer, was kind and supportive to helping me.
