Q's svc is continually outstanding but I really wish the Svc Dept would return to using PAPER floor mats on the driver's side so I wouldn't end up having to scrub out the blackened stains from my original carpeted floor mat once I returned home (this isn't the first time). I've had my Camrys serviced at the Msn Gorge location for over 35 yrs and using paper floor mats used to be the standard.

Quoted over 6,000 for timing chain cover. I took to a trusted mechanic. Nothing wrong with timing cover. Filter housing cap replaced. $120. What a scam on your part. Sent me text to buy my car right after the quote came through.
