I was quoted three to four hours for the recall fix. I dropped the car off at 7:15 but it wasn't ready till close to 2:00. Otherwise, I was very happy with the service

I arrived nearly 5 minutes before my 12:00pm appointment and had to wait 35 minutes before being contacted by the service Rep. She said it was rush hour and they were understaffed, but said it in an unapologetic way. Vehicles that arrived well after me were contacted and served before me. A woman stopped ahead of me also complained about having an appointment and the drivers behind us being served before us. Very unsatisfactory experience.
