Well I ask what was going to be done today Richard didn’t answer my question he just say a will call you and made me signed. And it’s not the first time they don’t explain what they are going to check. No communication and I told him about a issue that my car tires have been prematurely wearing out and no one told me before in my last service that have been done to my car, I till now that I told them about the problem first just for them to confirm it’s true and that I need a alignment and new tires asap . So unprofessional and useless service plus they always forget to reset service needed notification. Need to improve your service asap thanks

I understand that it was busy the day I got my car serviced and I knew it was gonna take a long time. The issue I have is with the communication. After I waited over two hours, I got a text saying my car was done and I went outside to grab it. But I couldn’t find my technician so I asked one of the other technicians about how to get my car and he told me to talk to any open desk.
I talked to two guys on two separate decks and they were both not helpful at all. Yall need to better your communication on how to exactly grab your vehicle once the service is done. So people aren’t standing by the desks like idiots

I have no complaints about Karina. My issue is with the site- you over-schedule appointments so that it took more than 25 minutes from when I arrived (on time) to when I handed off the keys for very basic service. This was my experience last time too with a different vehicle, but I forgot until it happened again. I’m likely to go elsewhere next time because of it.

More than ever waiting time for an oil change. Had appointment at 11:30 arrived at 11:10 got inside to do paperwork at 11:38 and got out of there at 1:48. And there were not many car before or after me that day! It wasn’t a busy day at all. No window corner sticker when and what miles is the next oil change due. No printout list of things to fix found by a mechanic. Ps: Thinking of switching to Jiffy Lube from now on.
