I dropped off my car at 8am for a maintenance appointment, I was told it would take about 2 hours. When I saw my car needed a little more work I had to call in and from there I was told it would be ready at 1:30. At 1:20 I was texted my car would be ready at 3pm. I totally understand that the service department was very busy but I was frustrated that the time would change without communication of a realistic time frame.

Richard was nowhere to be found . I was there for three hours. I had to ask three different sales consultants if my car was ready. Eventually, I went and found my own keys hanging up and asked someone to complete my paperwork so I could leave. Then I was charged for
My service, which I already had pre-paid for. Then I had to ask again for my military discount. The man who did my paperwork was very kind and apologized. Still, I did not feel like a valued customer today.
