I did not meet Denise , but her communication was top notch. My windshield was broken and Brandon in the body shop is the best !!!! Got me hooked up replaced the windshield I asked if he could set up the service on my truck so he coordinated with Denise in the service department and got my first service on my brand new 2025 Tundra done in one visit. Brandon is the best.

Simona was probably the best service person I have ever worked with. She was very professional and kind from the moment we met. She took extra steps to ensure my oil change was completed in a timely manner (because I had an 8 week old infant). She came to personally check on me and kept me updated. She was also incredibly personable. I believe she has true talent. I would recommend considering her for a managerial position as she takes initiative and demonstrates leadership qualities.
