I was phoned and told the car was ready for pick up. I didn’t see the text saying cabin air filter starting to get dirty and changing it soon was recommended. I would have liked to be told that was option today rather than have to make a new appt before the car is due for its next service. The recommendation was buried in a pdf and not a normal text form of communicating (to me). Thanks PS How am I supposed to know when “soon” is???

My service advisor did not seem to care that I was frustrated by the fact that someone had missed the fact that I had very little front brakes, had to come back, then got new tires and now a light is coming in. He acted like I was making it up, told me not to ignore it but also told me there’s nothing he could do about it because there was no history of it happening in my car. He was extremely dismissive and patronizing.

Was serviced with Luis Marquez, very misinformative and did not provide good service. Never notified me of the progress of the maintenance of the car. He told me he would call me when the car was ready or needed additional work, never received a call and when I called and texted him, no answer. This was a big problem for me today because I was not able to get in contact with him to request a shuttle and ended up having to find a ride to pick up the car. I had asked the shuttle driver when he drove me home in the morning if I could get his number to call him for another ride when the car was ready but he said I needed to wait until the advisor called me first. Also, I asked if the Wednesday 15% off discount was still a thing and he said yes, but never applied it to my invoice and I was too upset and irritated to ask anyone else to apply the discount to my invoice.

I waited and waited called her 2 times never had any reply.My car had been done in part.And I never knew it finally.I went up front to find out what was going on.I ended up being there 5 hours.I am so very upset.This is the second time in a row this has happened.I won't be doing business with you again

Karina went above and beyond for me during drop off for tire replacement as well as during the checkout process. Karina was honest about a warranty that I had which saved me hundreds. She went out of her way to file a claim and once it was approved re-worked the numbers. Now I feel confident on staff recommendations for future service appointments. I would highly recommend anyone meet with Karina as she is knowledgeable, trustworthy and welcoming.
