The whole experience was a joke. From the moment I got to dealership at 9:20 am for my appointment at 9:30 am. Very rude , no communication, I usually gets text messages for update on my car , I did not get none of those , finally around 12:20 pm , I went to check with him that how long more I need to wait, he did not acknowledge me at all. They have not even started on my car , so since 9:20 am to 12:20 pm , 3 hours , they had not even started on my car, no apology from him at all. I found the supervisor and
He said they can have their mechanics work on it and it will be ready by 1:15 pm. Well I had a doctor appointment at 1 :00 pm , so I got my car back and left after wasting 3 hours in dealership. Horrible customer service from Richard.

Miscommunication. When the appt was set I was told it would be 2-4 hrs. When i dropped it off they said it would take all day (9 hrs). When i asked Denise Lopez about it I got an attitude via text.

Not acceptable way to professionally speak with a customer. With Toyota Im surprised this is tolerated at all. I will go to another Toyota dealership from now on.
