This is not a comment for the sales person. Although I don’t like receiving solicitation, text messages about my vehicles trade-in value when I’m bringing my card for service. Also, when I called in to the office, I was not able to get anybody on the line. I had to keep calling until someone finally answered so I can get a shuttle van to pick me up.

I went to Toyota Chula Vista before for my 5k visit and it took them 13 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and they were 15 minutes late for my appointment. Advisors were playing around int he office and not helping people like they should have. I'll be coming to Norm Reeves in the future for my service and Toyota needs. Brought my car in for a recall. You guys couldn’t do it due to me having the wrong battery size and because there was a wire that has been worked on. The wire had to be worked on because the bracket that was suppose to be holding down the battery was not doing it’s job which caused the battery to move around too much while it is being driven which caused the wire to break that lead to the wire job. Having the wrong battery size I’ll take that upon myself for not getting the right one through Costco.

Being honest both of the service I have taken the car I am not happy with no communication on your part. (Lead time on when the car will be ready nor getting all details of services) This last time I had to be calling to check what time the car would be ready nor one ever answered my call nor returned my call. It was an hour that I tried calling to get status and at the end I didn’t even get the same person to talk to me about the services done to the car. I don’t think I want to keep taking my car to be serviced here.
