Simona seemed stressed out . Her tone the way she spoke wasn’t very friendly. My car after it was serviced , was parked so close to other cars that I couldn’t get in. I had to ask for assistance. The interior air filter wasn’t checked or replaced due toThe glove box being locked . But they had the key. Other staff were friendly.

I was not happy with the service I received during my appointment this morning. When I got there, I told the man at the front desk that I had bought a three-oil change package from another Toyota dealer in Lemon Grove. He promised me that it would be covered.
Then, I talked to a young lady who was nice, but she told me I had to pay $200 because the oil change I bought was not covered. I told her I was unhappy with this, and she told me to leave my keys and wait for the service to finish.
I waited for almost three hours. When I went back to check out, I was disappointed to find out I still had to pay the $200 for the service, as it was not covered by my package. Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience.

I had a recall on a fuel line. No one told me i needed less than a quarter tank of gas for them to be able to perform the service. So now i will have to take a 2nd day to do this. Frustrating to say the least
