Norm Reeves is always friendly and helpful. If I may provide a safety suggestion: Direct customers to wait in the lobby once the vehicle is taken to the back for repairs so they are away from incoming vehicles.

I have no concern with the services but when I checked out, the staff who checked out had a very unprofessional attitude to be a Manager Sevive assitant( I didn't know until I asked her for her name, she gave me her business card, that I learned she is the Manager Assistant.
I show up at the counter to check out, she asked what is your name, she look up in the computer then when to get the key without saying anything. She came back with the key, this time I just told her why are you upset and that is va very poor customer service. I asked her for her name, I got the card and learned she is one of the person in the management. Other than that , the services was excellent.

We dropped our car off on Thursday and it was to be ready on Friday. We waited all day on Friday for a phone call and started calling with no response. We continue to call on Saturday, no response. We finally went down the dealership to find out our car was ready on Friday. Our service advisor Richard was off on Friday and that’s why we weren’t notified. When we got the car home a sensor was not replaced properly, so now we have to take it back on Monday We have purchased 3 cars from your dealership over the past 20 years and have had them service with you. This was the worse experience.

I was promised my car 2.5 hours sooner than it was completed. I turned in my car at 8:40am and was offered a time to have it completed. I asked for 1pm… it wasn’t completed until 3:30pm. The passenger seat was laid back as if someone was taking a nap. There was no reason given the delay and I missed work because of this. No discount was offered either for my time. The only positive is Q Holt was very welcoming and professional. I expect quality service the next time.
