Making an appointment is a waste of time if I am going to have to wait in line for an hour. Should have an appointment line and a drive up line. Then I was told my windshield doesn’t fit my vehicle. But my vehicle was sold to me like that. I was told I would get a call on Monday after talking to the supervisor, I have not received a call. I am hoping that Toyota can make it right.

Service rep was great but the overall problem of scratching and squeaking noise was not resolved $800 later. I listened it to it all the way home. I don’t blame the tech for not figuring it out since they are not mechanics. A computer will not tell you something is misaligned. I appreciated the speed and professionalism of everyone I interacted with but I think I went to the wrong place for my problem.
