Denise is always so friendly and attentive. She does her best to try to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Explains everything to me and goes over the cost. I appreciate her customer service. Excellent job.

I asked for the express service via the website (oil change, fluid top off, inspection, tire rotation), and was told by my original agent to expect 2 hrs. Nearly 3 hours later the agent walks up to me and informs me the mechanics recommend possible rear brake replacement. Highly recommend reviewing what “express” service actually means, and highly recommend agents contact their clients sooner to discuss potential repairs. I did not expect the delay in service nor was I informed. Thanks!

First thing- when arriving.. I waited about an hr just to drop off vehicle to be serviced on a scheduled appointment. Customer service reps also didn’t seem interested in helping. A lot of sitting at desks playing with phones. When I went to pick up vehicle.. same thing happened my service rep said someone else can help you and sent me to another person then as that person tried to assist she ended up coming up and giving me everything. All and all wasn’t a great experience for a place I’ve done business before with hopefully in the future it will get better.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Luis Marquez. Today, I dropped off my car before 9:30 AM . Around noon I received an automated text with service recommendations. I attempted to call him multiple times to discuss the recommendations—left a voicemail asking to speak with him. Instead of calling back, he just texted “please review and let me know.” I replied asking him to talk to me first and explain things, and he never responded.
Frustrated, I called service and asked to be picked up because I planned to schedule the work with someone else. That’s when Luis finally called me back, and I ended up approving the services. He said it would take about 2 hours.
When the 2 hours were up, I called and asked for a shuttle so I could wait in the lobby. I was told the shuttle would be picking me up immediately. After waiting 15 minutes, I gave up and asked someone else to drop me off. When I arrived, Luis was already gone and I had to check out with another advisor.
To top it all off, an hour after I was told the shuttle was coming “immediately,” I was pulling up into my driveway—and that’s when I got a call saying the shuttle was outside to pick me up.
