I brought my vehicle in to get the knocking on bank one assessed. The problem was diagnosed and it was a vacuum assembly pump. I asked the service manager if this was covered under warranty several times he said no, and told me the repairs would be upward of two grand after further investigation with talking with other owners and looking on YouTube and calling Toyota, it was confirmed that the repair was in fact under warranty. I’ve wasted now four days and didn’t have my vehicle and the issue is still not resolved.Please do the right thing and fix this issue under warranty before I have to go legal.

Service itself was fine and the people I dealt with were fine too, but man it was EXTREMELY frustrating trying to reach somebody through your phone number. I felt like I was going through an infinite loop bouncing between bots and automated messages. It took a very long time to be able to actually reach a relevant human being to request a shuttle ride back to the dealership.
