Your service team is great! I noticed that I was instructed to come back in 10,000 miles instead of the normal 5,000 interval, which is incorrect. Your sales team, however was somewhat unprofessional and passive aggressive on their text exchange with me while trying to earn my car for a trade in. Keep in mind that they’re trying to buy MY car. Being rude and passive aggressive toward me was very disappointing, and a terrible way to build rapport. I’m going to get my car serviced at Dalton or Kearny Mesa Toyota going forward.

I had oilchange last dec 2024, my brake lining for rear are both 6, and today they put 8. Not sure why, but it makes me think they didnt check my brakes linkng really good and its unsafe for my part if i really need to change the brade pads but it says on the multipoint inspection 8. If my brake lining are worn out, im driving my car unsafely.makes me think how they do the maintenance service in your dealership.

I came in for a diagnosis and got a list of things that came back needing to be fixed. The air and o2 fuel sensors needed to be replaced. After asking more questions on everything she told me that the air sensor was really all that was broken and the o2 sensor was not but wanted to replace them at the same time since they usually fail together. So if I didn’t inquire about everything I was going to pay to fix something that was not broken. Once I found out something was tried to sneak Hulu me I decided to go against getting all my repairs and over 2K worth of work done because I no longer trusted what was being told to me. I am extremely unsatisfied and will probably not ever come back for service or a new car at your place.

Left a note in the approval form that I would require transport to your dealership to retrieve my vehicle. At 5 pm I called and left a message on your service line to again request a ride. Same for 5:30. I arrived at your dealership approximately 5:45. Waited for 10 minutes for a representative to recess my payment and deliver the keys. He said it wasn’t his fault. Was late to my appointed because of this ineptitude. When I returned via ride share to retrieve the car I was forced to drive there in a truck was parked in front of the driveway. I cancelled my service appointed for my other vehicle for the following day and I will no longer use normal reeves service center in the future.
