I felt that the staff that was responsible for the paper work were rude and unprofessional. I know that they were busy and short staffed, but it does not give them the right to be disrespectful to the customer.
None of them was wearing name tag, do I don’t know their names.
Next time, I will go to another location where I don’t feel that I am a ****.
The male staff who helped me, he asked me about my last name. I spelled it for him. Then he asked me how to pronounce my last name. I smiled and said try to read it and say it. He didn’t try to read and pronounce my last time.
He grabbed my keys and gave me two pages to sign e we it out trying to read my last name.
If a staff cannot even try to read the customers name and ignore the whole situation. I don’t think they should be working with the customer.

The tech who serviced my car changed the visuals on my dashboard. I could not figure out how to change it back to what it was. I brought the car back to Toyota about a half hour later and one of the young women in front fixed it back to what it was in about 30 seconds.
