Every interaction feels like you are trying to scam me, the customer: from charging me $150 to help set up car play, to repeated spam texts to buy the car you JUST sold me back, pretending that my check in time was an ‘appointment’ and finally just the general attitude of every staff member I interacted with. The culture at your location is horrific, you don’t see customers as human beings, and if I didn’t have to because I like the product I would never step near you all.

Excellent service by her. I am appreciative of the technician as welll. However, I made an appointment with her to take care of one outstanding item. She said it was for the 13th at 10:30am. But I haven't received a notification or text confirming. That’s THE ONLY thing I would like to be satisfied. Otherwise, both were excellent.

I waited almost 2 hours for the work to start on a simple oil change that was a scheduled appointment. It would have been longer if I hadn’t questioned it and then one of your staff moved my vehicle ahead in the queue. Your scheduling process needs some improvement.
