Problem with my car could have been diagnosed with the inspection that comes with the oil change I payed for. But the diagnostic was ran first—and didn’t find anything. Had someone asked me about what was going on with my car maybe this could have been prevented. But they took my novice opinion as fact, which undermines my trust in the expertise Toyota provides. I could go on. I felt completely ripped off.

Didn’t communicate to me that the alignment couldn’t be done till 1 PM and after waiting 2.5 hours couldn’t find her anywhere and got someone else to find out what was going on. I waited a whole extra hour thinking the alignment was being done and they wouldn’t even start it until 1 PM. Disgusted, I requested my vehicle, paid for my 2.5 hour oil change and left. It took another 15 mins waiting to get my car back. I am going to Jiffy Lube next time where it’s cheaper and not run by clowns.
