I was told it might take until as late as 4 (from 1215 appointment) to resolve my battery issue which seemed long as i was pretty sure it just failed. A bit after 4, I went to check and saw my car outside, but my advisor wasn't around. Took til almost 430 to get out of there. Over 4 hours is quite long to swap a battery that failed a load test Last time it happened with my old 4Runner the other Toyota dealer did it (and an oil change) in a bit over an hour.

Thursday was different from my previous appointment. The customer service and maintenance service was excellent. I would say am not happy with the amount of time I waited. 10:45 was my appt, check-in maybe 11am. Q said maybe around 2:30 or earlier but when they notify me about the car’s service specifics, it’s already passed 3pm. To sum it up, it’s been 4 hours waiting. Maybe next time, make sure that appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
