Cabin airfilter was replaced on 5th of april which is on my last maintenance date and paid for it and it's been replaced again today within less than 15000-30000 miles just within 7000 miles or so i don't think this is fair report it's inappropriate it's either the mechanic failed to replace it on the last maintenance date which i payed for or I've been cheated and taken advantage of, i want my money back and i don't think i should come to this dealership ever again.

I was told my service (oil change and tire rotation) would take 1.5 hours. I was 5 minutes early to my 1:30pm appointment and did not leave until nearly 5:30pm. I paid via the link I was sent on my phone after 3.5 hours and then waited another almost 2 hours just to sign my bill and get my keys. Two service employees were completely underwater and were continuing to check in new vehicles while myself and other people continued to wait just to get our keys. I was literally trapped there by the inefficiency of the service department. I will not be coming back to service my truck there and will choose to go to another dealership next time. Customers who make an appointment should be be given more information about what is going on, I just sat there for 4 hours and got two texts, was never spoken to until I all but demanded to be given my truck keys. I do not like to be negative or to pressure employees so it was frustrating watching other customers get helped before me because they were acting more upset than me.

Honestly the whole service really sucked. I was quoted 2hrs when it really took 5 and I was never given an updated time estimate. This caused me problems with work because my car was not ready in the time I was told so I had to be given a shuttle to work. I was told the shuttle would pick me back up but John didn’t even read my texts until my boss had already dropped me back off at the dealership. I was also give a very wrong quote of roughly 1300 for 3 tires which I had to correct John on. When I did get my car back I noticed they unplugged my cars dash cam during the service which I’ve never had happen so this made me uncomfortable. My drivers mat was for some reason in the trunk and other weird things have been noticed. I’ve requested the pictures you guys take of the car before and after because of this but I have not heard back yet. Needless to say this will likely be my last time coming to this Toyota because this isn’t my first time dealing with similar situations like this here. Last time my hub cap was not put back on and I had to return back where they wouldn’t believe me until they looked at the photos. Very disappointing, I was really hoping to have a better experience this time because this location is close to me but that unfortunately was not the case.

Quoted an hour and a half. Checked in at 10:40 didn’t get to leave till after 1 pm. Said I didn’t not want my tire changed they did it anyway and they were going to make me wait even longer for them to take it off again. I couldn’t wait any longer due to needing to get to appointments so I just paid for the tire He said he’d give me a discount which was a minuscule $20. I’ve always had amazing service here but this was ridiculous.
