Josh was very helpful. The work was done in a timely manner. There seems to be a discrepancy with the VCP maintenance package I purchased when I bought the car so I have to sort it out. I thought I had a maintenance package prepaid but ended up having to pay for the service. The waiting area was clean & comfortable.

Both your Toyota app & Norm Reeves website would not work to schedule this service appointment. It got stuck not opening the calendar availability. This wasted my time. Today, I asked the female service agent to help me ensure this works next time, but she would not assist me & tried to send me to some other office. that’s pretty bad service for such a simple question.

Although my oil plug was not torqued properly on Fridays 10k service resulting in oil leak in my garage from Sunday morning until Tuesday morning. I called this morning, spoke with Stephanie, she helped me use Toyota Care tow back to service, sending a note to Josh alerting him to my situation. Upon my arrival Josh facilitated a timely and smooth resolution. Once completed he explained that the service supervisor ensured all pertinent elements were addressed to assure me my vehicle is fixed and in fine shape. I understand that sometimes these unintended things happen but with appropriate retraining we can move forward with satisfaction. Thank you again for a timely and smooth resolution.
