They were unable to identify the noise and had complained about that sounds like a loose metal plate. This type of noise is annoying and should not exist in a new vehicle, I would not buy another Toyota and will stick back with Nissan next time.

Toyota needs to put the GR Corolla in the system the service writers use because the service schedule is different from other Corollas. I had to educate the service writer today because they didn’t have my car’s specifics on their tablet.

The person who took in my car wrote down that I wanted to have a bumper to bumper inspection that would be indepth to see if there were things that needed repair. I also stated I wanted to have them look at the vehicle charging system since I was getting a "check vehicle charging system" message when I left the vehicle overnight. But after calling and scheduling an appointment yesterday for today at 8:30am I wasn't checked in until 8:50am and the service people kept asking me if I had an appointment despite being there since 8:20am. I was told Q would be in at 9 so he would give me a call then and I left. Sometime after noon I got a text telling me the car was ready for pickup and I had a bill due. Having not received any sort of communication about what they found or what they were doing to car I tried to reach out and get someone to call me back. After a couple of hours I tried calling and getting a hold of 5 different service advisors and even the operator and still only ever got to voicemails. Q finally called me there after and I had to explain to him that I was expecting his call earlier in the day and that I wasn't going to come down to pickup the truck until I had the service I took the truck in for was performed. He walked me through what they performed and they only did a visual inspection and not an indepth one nor did they look at the charging system. So he said it will be another $200 for them to run another diagnostics on the car even though I had made it clear when I dropped it off that I wanted to have it checked. So there is a break down in your system somewhere or someone skipped a step because it hasn't been enjoyable so far.
