We asked about the sensor on the left front which popped out and is dangling on its wire on the inside of the bumper and if there is a clip that can be used to reattach and fix it. This did not get addressed in any way during the inspection. Sensor still dangling with a hole clearly visible

1 did not receive any update until I had to walk up to service agent 2 1/2 hrs after dropping of car. 2. $199 was too much to pay for lower battery diagnosis, which was very obvious. 3 I don’t like how I cannot change the service light signal. If I or Toyota had just turned it off, it should be wired to come back on if the low battery condition continued.

There were 2 people that helped me as I was dropping my car off, I would give a 6/10. Not a great experience, but not the worst I guess. The first dude put the yellow triangle sign on my roof. He looked at my mileage and said 53000, but it was at 5300. I let both him and the second dude know the real number or at least find out if it mattered. Both dudes then tried to explain that I’m misunderstanding because it’s on trip A and not the actual odometer. Which I explained the odometer number and the trip number are the same since I’ve never changed it. The second dude then walked me through how to display the odometer as if that would open my eyes and I would see my mistake. When it ended up displaying the same number the second dude then said something about the first guy just explaining trip a. Dude 2 also had some incorrect info like saying I had a 3 year warranty, but the warranty is actually only 2 years. I never got the name of the second dude which made getting my car hard. The dude that helped me with picking up my keys was super chill though. He was at the desk at the far end away from the car bay. If I can rate him separately 10/10.

Thank you very much! Nothing to comment other than the fact that it took almost 2 hours to perform an oil change. However, this was informed to me when I asked how long will it take as I was dropping the car and waited. Everything went as expected. I am a happy customer and the walk in Wednesday is the reason why I still take my old car to the dealership.
