Q Holt was great. All is well with him and explained well the diagnostics and recommendations. I was not happy waiting from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm for a wheel alignment that can be done in an hour. It must be a busy day for Toyota but I hope they mange their priorities and organize their schedule for people not to be waiting half of their day. I understand my total amount to pay is only $140 vs. those who have more to pay. I’m disappointed with the long time waiting.

Annoyed i was sold a service plan for thousands of dollars and still pay when i bring my car in. Then I have a message about a warning light and I’m told I have to pay $119 diagnostic fee. Which I refused. I’m never going to buy service plans again and I can’t wait to tell people how Toyota ripped people off.

My gas mileage had decreased over the past year by ~4mpg. Q ask the technicians to look into it , but I think they blew him off. My Tacoma had been maintained every 5,000 mil s my Mor Reeves. Seems to me, they could have dug a little deeper than the check engine light didn’t come on.
