Yes I am very happy. Q stepped up to help me with getting a new battery at my last service. The El Cajon dealership where I purchased my 2923 Sienna was clueless with the problem I was experiencing.

I ask for Robert by name. I am very comfortable working with him. I have a 2007 Rav4 which has a few quirks I'm willing to live with (ex, tire gage light is now always on) and what is safety I need fixed. He presents repair options but doesn't high-pressure me to up-sale. Robert knows my car by sight. He us very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, very good at initial diagnosis and getting my car thru to the right level of mechanic. I am at ease working with him and know he will field any trouble that may arise with the shop (once, they "lost" my car while I was waiting for an oil change. He got that corrected, made sure I could get the Rav4 back on the same day, and compensated me for my inconvenience. Because of Roberts good service and making it right, I still return to this shop). I trust Robert to the level that I drive up from north Chula Vista where I've moved since buying the car to work with Robert. We've worked together for years now.

Scuff marks and finger prints on the headliners during the safety airbag recall service. Also scratches on the back left side plastic panel. Vehicle was kept for 6 days by your dealership to do the recall I thought they would have done a perfect job considering the time you had to work on it.

Someone had their lunch in my car and I just had my car detailed and they left a mess on the drivers mat and my car was done around 11:00ish am and I saw it parked in the same spot until they told me it was done at 1:45 pm.It would be nice if they notified you when your car was done and not almost 3 hours later.
