The service today was horrible. I called a few days ago to ask about an issue i have with my horn not blowing when I press down on the center of my steering wheel. They told me that it could be taken card of and too set up an appointment so I did for today at 815 am. Got there on time and i told John what my issue was and was informed that they would need to do a diagnosis to see what the issue was, which would cost roughly 200. It would have been great if that went towards the fix but I was notified that it didn't so I told him fine just get it fixed. I then asked how long it would take and was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours, which included 1.5 hrs to get it up and diagnosed and then another 1-1.5 hrs to fix it. Therefore I went in to wait it out since I didn't want to waste time going home and coming back once it was fixed, hoping for the shorter time frame. Well, I waited and didn't get any notice after 2.5 hours and I waited another 20 min before going to talk to him. Unfortunately when I went he was either on lunch or somewhere else so I decided to ask the white female advisor, and she seemed annoyed that I was there 10 min before the estimates completion time. I asked if there was at least an update and she said there was none, which i realized meant it hadn't even been diagnosed. I was then informed another hour to go so I went to wait again. An hour later, I went to see if they're was an update and John was still not there so I asked another female advisor if there was an update and was informed they were barely checking it out right then and the only update was that I needed air filters. Yay, for the up sell. Sarcasm. I was then told to wait a while more. I did and after a while I got a text to pay for the service completed. Which is stupid annoying to be notified it's time to pay when noting else was announced before then. I went and finally found John at his desk. He inexhaustible tried to get me to sign for a completed job and I asked if they had fixed the horn. He then decided to read the report only to find out that it didn't say anything about the job being completed, only that they figured out what was wrong. So I asked if they knew what was wrong, does that mean they fixed the issue, so he called someone and nobody answered him so he went out to my truck to see if it was fixed. After 5 or more minutes of waiting I figured they hadn't fixed it. So he comes back to let me know that they didn't have the part so it couldn't be fixed today. He seemed to try to blame it on me that I still needed to approve the repair and I reminded him that I came today specifically to get that issue fixed. It didn't make sense why I want informed earlier about them not having the part and I needed to approve them ordering it. That was typed at the top of the sheet, the reason I went there was to get the horn repaired! Why did I waste 5 hours of my day waiting to be informed that the horn didn't work and all in getting is 15% off and that I needed to come back another day to waste another 4 hours. This is ridiculous. I am too **** annoyed with this situation. I paid and left because I needed to work and cool my head so I wouldn't say anything stupid. What was the point of an appointment if it doesn't even matter?
