Ms. Denise Lopez was very courteous and professional. Upon my request, Ms. Lopez kindly provided a printout of the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection sheet. The service on the Prius Prime was completed within the time promised. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Simona welcomed me very warmly on my first visit to the service department. She clearly explained what would occur during my car’s 10K check up. She also very kindly arranged transportation from & back to the service department. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Simona, as well as Brandon Griffith in the body shop. Brandon did an assessment of some minor damage to the car (small dent & some scratches) and advised that, given the minor nature of the damage vis-a-vis the cost of repair, I hold off getting repairs. He rubbed compound on the scratches & buffed to the extent he could by hand to improve appearance. I am really appreciative of his honesty and will definitely keep the body shop in mind if the car incurs more significant damage.

I'm very disappointed with the service at Toyota Norm Reeves. It seems like the service advisors are not being honest with customers. For example, during my last visit for a bearing replacement, I was told it would only take five hours-but they kept my car for three full days. Again today, I was told that replacing the rear brake pads would take 2.5 hours, but my car wasn't ready for six hours. I don't understand why they keep giving inaccurate time estimates. This lack of transparency is very frustrating and makes it hard to trust the service department.

I was informed that the shuttle comes every 15 minutes. I waited for two hours, shuttle didn’t arrive until 30 minutes before my car inspection was completed.

The 10000 mile service I received was fine. What I have a problem with is that I asked about multiple paint chips on my hood getting fixed and she said to talk to the body shop. Went to the body shop and they said it’s not covered under my warranty. My car is less than a year old and has less than 10000 miles, and has 4 or 5 deep paint chips on the hood, and Toyota’s reply is basically, “too bad, that’s not covered “. I could understand this if the car was several years old and had a lot more than 9400 miles, but the paint shouldn’t be chipping with less than 10000 and less than a year old. Toyota says they strive for customer satisfaction, but apparently not in this case.
