The original estimate I was given was that the service would take 1.5 hours. My vehicle was checked in at 12:25. At 3:00, more than 2.5 hours later, I finally received the text that my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, even after paying with express pay, Luis was nowhere to be seen. I waited an additional half hour before eventually flagging down another service member to ask for my car back. I didn’t end up leaving the dealership until 3:40, more than 3 hours after initially checking in.
