My car took three hours to be serviced despite being quoted less time at check-in. The parts department were being racist towards me and would not allow me to pick up a part that I ordered online. The manager Jorge argued with me for a while before he decided to do his job and let me pick up the part. I bring Personal and company vehicles to the dealership, but after this most recent experience, I will never come back here again.

Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment at 7am, didn't get checked in until 7:45. The Staff were walking around chatting and taking breaks while we just sat in our car. No one called after my car was finished, but I received an invoice saying I need new tires with 20k miles on them. When I got back to the shop no one again greeted me and the girl who checked me out grab the paper and said sign her and then walked away. Didn't go over anything or even ask if I had questions. From sales to service this dealership lacks professionalism and customer service and not to mention the lack of urgency in the dealership.
