Initially she sent me a text right away to get the the diagnostic started.once I found out from her that the cost of the car to fix would be unbearably high to repair.I decided to trade her in for a new car. She was to hook me up with a sales representative but I think I had to do that myself. Maybe that was out of her scope. She did let us know asap what the results of the test were and we moved to the next department. Thank you Jessica … great job

I came in for an oil top off. You guys didnt have ANY info on my truck after it was just in your shop for a MONTH for majorrrr warranty work. Then when i asked service advisor difference in price i was told 48$ for onc charge and 98 $ for another charge. Then i get an email while il waiting for truck for 147$. Then when i go to pay its 124.99$??????? Your service advisor had no idea what she was doing…. Call me at ****-****-xxxx to discuss

You guys never rotate my tires every time I’m there. I bought the service with 5 tire rotation but been there 4 times so far and my tires were never rotate. No wonder that is why my front tire are always worn out because tires weren’t rotate as it supposed to.

There was a lack of communication from John B. which caused frustration. I checked in for my car appointment at 8:15am, and he told me that it would take about 5 hours for my 60,000 mile routine checkup. That means it would be ready around 1:15pm. He did say it should be 2:30pm at the latest. So I walked home and waited. 2:30pm passed with no communication. At 3:15pm, I was pretty frustrated, so I called the service center and left a message. About a minute later, I finally received a message saying I needed to approve/disapprove of an additional charge for an extra service. After clicking disapprove, John B. messaged me at 3:30pm saying he apologized for the lack of communication and that my car should be ready soon. I walked over to the Toyota service center from my apartment and arrived at 4:30pm. I spoke with a different worker and he told me John B. had apparently gone home for the day. He checked on my car and it still wasn't ready, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. After paying, it was already 5:00pm, which made me late for an important meeting. It is absolutely ridiculous for a scheduled car appointment at 8:15am where I was told it would be "2:30 at the latest," to end at 5:00pm. There definitely needs to be better communication and if someone has an appointment that early in the morning, it should take priority over walk-ins.

I had an appointment at 8:45 to get my oil changed.i was on time and she told me it would take 2hrs to complete the service. So I took the shuttle home. And was told she'd call me when it's done. So I'm expecting a call around 11- 11:30, perfect I call still make my 12:30 DR appointment. At 12 I started calling her and talked to everyone but her they all said they'd have her call me to right back, she's at lunch or stepped out, she's with another customer. I finally talked to her at 3:45 after about 20 attempts. Missed my Dr appointment now rescheduled for August 20th. So at the end of the day I was pretty frustrated. People without appointments should have to wait longer then people that make appointments. Randy D

The tech didn't replace the front light that is out, even though I specifically asked for it. They even marked it as ok on the inspection report! I now have to drive to Arizona with only one front headlight working.

You weren’t busy at all. I was grateful that someone greeted me right away. He asked me if I had an appointment. What I was there for. What my odometer read. I answered then asked if I could leave and he said no, I had to wait for a service person who needed to ask me a few questions. I then waited. And waited. I looked around and saw many workers either having personal conversations (laughing) or employees just scrolling through their phones. I kept waiting. I waited 20 minutes. Again, you were not busy. Finally the service representative showed up and asked me those important questions I had waited 20 minutes to answer. The questions were: Do you have an appointment? What are you here for? What does your odometer read? So I waited 20 minutes to answer the exact same questions I answered when I showed up. Again, you were not busy. I may choose a new business in the future. Mossy had me checked in in 3 minutes, every time.
