Was told the service would take 90mins and i came back in 90 mins. Was then told it would going to be ten more minutes by a rep. Saw my car get parked in the far corner of the lot and waited about 15 minutes. No one texted or emailed as I waited. I went in to let them know the car was ready and that I wanted to leave. But all reps were busy and there was someone waiting in line to pick up. It took shuffling around many times to finally get my keys, sign papers and leave.

I am happy to provide feedback on the my service experience. Simona was very helpful, walking me through the process and explaining all the service required at 30,000 miles. Her estimate of charges was right on point. She arranged for a shuttle and invited me to contact her if I had any questions. I also want to commend George, the shuttle driver. What a friendly and efficient person he is. I had a very pleasant ride home. He also assured me that he would return when hen my vehicle was ready. In conclusion, I want to assure you that I had an excellent experience.
