John was great. I completely trusted him. My only issue was the communication. I received texts with blurry photos of engine parts and recommended additional repairs.
I tried to call back numerous times to discuss the needed repairs but was never able to reach John. There was an option to press 1 to make an appointment so I pressed 1 and finally spoke with a person. John was busy but after holding for a bit I was finally able to speak with him.
I would highly recommend calling someone about additional recommended repairs instead of texting. Especially when you’re recommending $2000+ worth of repairs as it’s much more personalized.
