I had an appointment at 10:30am just to get an alignment. I was told it would take 1.5-2hrs to complete- at most 3hrs. It took 5.5hrs for the service to be complete. That is a crazy long time for an alignment service. I don’t understand the point to having an appointment if they’re not going to work on my car for hours later and it’s just sitting there while I’m stuck without a car.

I when I dropped off my truck I was told my oil change would be ready in 2-3 hours. At about 5 hours later, I figured I’d call the dealership, because I have no communication about my truck. It was getting late in the evening and I know the dealership closes at 6. When I called the service department, I received an automated answering service. I left a message, then no response, so I texted the service a little after 5 and then finally received a message after 5:30 that my truck was ready for pick up. There was so little time between when I received the message and closing time, that I could not pick up my truck till the next day. That lack of communication does not Mach the price of the service and time length it took for a n oil change.

For the second time in the past few years your technicians told me that I had an irreparable puncture in one of our tires. Last time, I took my car immediately to the nearby Discount Tire. There was a nail in the tread, which was easily repaired, without charge. This time, I again drove immediately to Discount Tire and there was no sign of a nail in any of our tires. I cannot but believe that an attempt was made both times to rip me off. Had I followed your technicians’ recommendations, I would have been out over $1,000–for nothing! Had I not just signed a contract for two years of service, I would never again darken the doors of Norm Reeves Toyota

I called last week to set up an appointmen for an oil change. The woman on the phone confirmed. I showed up yesterday and was told I didn’t have an appointment but I could get my service anyway. I said okay. It took just over 3 hours. When I checked in I inquired about a noise and was told that I needed a separate appointment to have that looked at. I made an appointment for today and when I showed up, I was told I didn’t have an appointment (again). The rep that I spoke with today (Q) was kind and apologetic which I appreciated but I don’t understand why two separate individuals ‘confirmed’ an appointment with me and then it wasn’t done. The rep today also seemed confused that I was here for a service appt yesterday and was told I needed to come back. I just hope these issues can be fixed for the next person and in the meantime, I’ll be looking into other Toyota service centers for future appointments.

I called this am for an appointment for required maintenance and received an appointment at 12:15, same day. I was told over the phone that it would be about a 2 hour wait. After arriving at 12:08, Robert checked me in and was very personable, saying that I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and routine safety inspection and that it should be something less than 2 hours since I was waiting for the car.
At the 2 1/2 hr mark I asked the status of the car and it had not even gone into the bay for servicing. I don’t understand why Norm Reeves over schedules appointments to the point that it takes twice as long as estimated. This is the second or third time it has happened when I’ve made an appointment for service at Norm Reeves and waited far longer than the estimated time. I was given the option to reschedule but after waiting more than 2 hours, that made no sense. This is the same experience as last service appointment, no improvement.
Robert was very professional and kind but it didn’t change the situation. I have a bad knee and had difficulty walking so he was able to have me pay online and brought the car close to the door, which I very much appreciated.
