Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is completely unacceptable!I bought my car about a year and a half ago and your maintenance department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Every time I schedule an appointment I know I have to call the day before to confirm but for some reason I'm never in the system for an appointment...EVERY TIME!!!! Then as I stated above it takes a ridiculous amount of time to complete the work!

Jason you did a good job with getting me checked in and handing off to the service crew.
However the entire process took 2.5 hours. I feel it should have only taken half of that time considering I scheduled an appointment. It seemed to me that you guys are overwhelmed with volume in ratio to your resources. I hope you have future plans to expand and readjust. The car wash evidently didn’t have spot free rinse because I had water spots I didn’t have when I showed up. Disappointed because I had to wash off your wash.
