My service appointment was at 9 a.m. I noticed my car was still sitting there at 10 a.m. I asked the service manager how much longer was going to be because my appointment was at 9 he said he would make sure he got my car right in for an oil change it then took another 40 minutes to get my car back. The service manager was helpful and continued to contact the service department to make sure they got my car back to me as quickly as possible. This will probably be my last visit to their service department. I bought my car there and they were very helpful but the service department not so much...

I arrived at my appointed time. 7:00 am, and my original service agent was late so I had to wait for the first availabe agent. Sometime later they took my truck in for the recall software update but that took till about 10:30. I also had to seek them out around 10:00am to ask what was taking so long. When they called back I decided to wait for the car wash but did not leave till 11:30 am.
That seemed a very long time since I had been there since 7:00am.

The Zaktek service was horrible! I have pictures to show that the leather was not conditioned. I have had great experience with the Zaktek service in the past 6 times, but this time it didn’t look like it was conditioned or they did anything. I tried calling back to talk to someone the next day, but they took my name and number. No one called me back. I will be out of cell service for a week but I would like to get my car in for another service to get this taken care of. My cell is ****-****-xxxx.
