I wasn’t satisfied with my service at this place at all. My past two experiences with Ford Grapevine service wasn’t pleasant. When I dropped off my Mustang back in March for a cabin filter and oil change, they said it was replaced and I was charged for this. For months I was suffering from bad allergies and even went to an allergen specialist because it was effecting my health. I decided to try and replace it myself and noticed NO filter was ever placed back in. I was charged for something I never received and was breathing in filth because of your mechanics dishonesty. My visit today was just as awful! I asked for a cabin filet change, oil change and recall check on my Ford Explorer. When I arrived the oil sticker was not replaced and the oil percentage life still said 45%. When I asked the guys upfront he brushed it off and said “yea it’s replaced” didn’t even check. He just reset the button and handed me a new sticker without confirming the oil was actually change. My SUV does not run like a fresh oil change usually runs. I am pretty sure they did not replace the oil. Jason helped me out and he was kind but every time I drop off my cars I do not receive great service from your technicians and do not feel confident that they are doing the work that I am paying for! I am going to share my experiences with other review platforms because people need to be aware of your technicians bad work and dishonesty!

When I originally brought my car in for service one of the items (Safety Inspection) was not done. So when I brought it back Andrew got me right in, bought me a latte at the cafe and comped the cost. He personally went out of his way to make things right. Good customer service is why I drive back to Grapevine Ford for my service as opposed to a closer dealership.
