Very polite young man. Kept me up to speed on the progress of the recall work being performed via text. I'd opted for a shuttle to Bass Pro to kill time. Shuttle driver was retired from the same airline I still work for. We knew alot of the same peeps..small world..Greg and Josh..????????

I went to get my keys from the gentlemen who checked me in. He was not there and someone else helped me. He asked another gentlemen for help, because he didn’t work in this department, and was told “that isn’t my customer” in a low voice. The younger gentlemen shrugged it off and then assisted in getting me the cashier. I’m disappointed in that one employee

Hard to speak with an advisor on the phone. I may have considered shocks and struts for the explorer. Lost opportunity due to busy-ness. Long wait time on the Tuesday drop off. Did not provide any information on the condition of a 2011 explorer with 150,000 miles. Ball dropped. Disappointing.

I liked the way Jason handled the service but it took about an hour and half to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. Also when I got there I had to find someone to help me. I asked for Eddie but he apparently want there although he was the person who was to be my service guy.

Miguel was very helpful. I had made an apt with a lady a week prior but was not in the computer. He was able to get me checked in and the recall completed in a few hours. While the lady I talked to a week earlier said 2-3 days. I will definitely request Miguel for all my service needs in the future. I have recently purchased a 2019 Navigator.

To be completely honest I hate going here because everyone I talk to always seems like they are having a bad day or something and it seems like you’re always trying to overcharge me for services or sell me on something I don’t need. Everyone makes me feel like an inconvenience. Today when I came to pick up my car someone took my key and just left and didn’t come back. The receptionist who was complaining to me about her computer had to take me to go find my car... you complete the services I need to make sure my car is right but other than that I don’t have anything good to say.
