Kimberly ****was exceptional. She helped me with a surprise bday/Father's Day gift for my husband whose car was also getting serviced at the same time. I had ordered all-weather mats for my husband as a gift and they had just arrived the day before. Kimberly arranged to have them installed in my husband's car while it was getting serviced. He did not notice until he got home and found the old mats in his trunk....He thought Lexus made a mistake and installed someone else's mats in his car! hahaha!! Thanks Kimberly for making it happen. He was definitely surprised!!!

Emily Rodriquez was excellent!!! I recently purchased the car and I still had questions on how to operate the cars features. She was knowledgeable and patient and listened to my concerns. She explained things about the car that the salesman didn’t cover. It helped make a difference on how I use the car.
Jerry was very professional and polite but too serious. He wasn’t very personable and I felt rushed. It was my first maintenance service for my car and I had lots of questions. I didn’t feel comfortable asking him questions although he did send Emily to help me; and that I appreciate.
