I dropped my car off for service and Javier my service consultant was not working so I was assigned to Henry. I had to wait a while for him to get back to his desk, but thenHe was helpful and I left in my loaner car.
When I went back to pick up my car, there were seven cars ahead of me. I waited about five minutes no movement so I called and they suggested to just park the car and come inside which I did. Henry again was not at his desk so I had to wait a while when he finally showed up. I gave him the key to the loaner car. He checked me out and said my car would be pulled up shortly. Normally Javier always walks me out to my car, which was not the case. After about 15 minutes, I went back to Henry and I said I don’t know what’s going on my car still not here. He’s like oh I’ve been checking on it. It should be the next car up. So I went and waited again another 15 minutes when finally somebody in a suit came up to me and asked what I was waiting for, and I told him and he literally went and got my car himself. He was very apologetic and said they were shortstaffed that day and that my car had the wrong tag number. Definitely not the usual Lexus VIP treatment. I’m used to over the past 15 years.
