It's sad how entire delearship couldn't figure out how to how to put my seats into manual mode. I hade to watch YouTube videos to learn how to un-link my keys to profile, which fixed it. ????

Great customer service from Jesse, I was able to get my car serviced in a great timely manner. And he was able to get me a rental vehicle for the inconvenience. I tried scheduling service online and didn’t have any appointments available. And once I called Jesse he was able to schedule me with no problem.
