Ali, as always, is a wonderful and competent Service Manager. However, the cleaning detail leaves much to be desired. The inside of my car was very poorly cleaned, and the tire rims were left filthy. I have had this experience numerous times before, and once I see the filth, I am more than disappointed. It is a one hour round trip to reach your facility. Otherwise, my car would be back at the service department TOMORROW.
