"The service experience was frustrating. After being transferred between advisors and having to repeat my story, I witnessed a staff member being quite rough with my car, throwing the floor mats into the trunk and leaving them there. I expect better handling and attention to detail from Lexus. Even though the later service was fine, the initial treatment of my car was unacceptable."
