Thank you for the great customer service. When I initially made my call for service, I had to disconnect but I immediately got a call back from the service department to schedule my maintenance appointment the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. As I because it was early in the morning and I didn’t want to disturb other customers with my phone calls I waited in the sales area. At 9:00 the sales team arrived. I apologize for being in there area and said I would move. They told me I was welcome to sit there as long as needed and did it with a smile. Even the valet was courteous and friendly. It’s very evident Crown Lexus takes pride in the excellent service their all staff provides. Thank you.

Everyone was polite and professional. Accommodations in waiting area were very good. My only concern was not receiving an oil change on my last Lexus Certified appointment. My last oil change was October 2025 which is over the recommended six months by Lexus. Please advise if I’m incorrect.

Was told 2nd key was ready for pickup. In reality, the previous owners had lost/not dropped off 2nd key. What i thought was a 5 minute pickup, ended up taking over an hour because there was no 2nd key. A new one had to be programmed, which should have been done while vehicle was listed for sale weeks ago.

Your navigation system is horrible. I am a Realtor and have several times put in addresses and they dont have them. These are not new addresses. The homes werebuilt in the 70's and 80's
